GMV Fox ("GMV Fox," "we," "us," or "our") provides TikTok Shop video rankings, marketing-trigger analysis, and product tools at gmvfox.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or TikTok Shop.

We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the service:

• Account information. Email address and a hashed password when you sign up with email. If you continue with Google, we receive your Google account email (and name, if Google shares it) through Supabase Auth. We also store a profile record linked to your account (such as a profile ID and created date).
• Product information you submit. TikTok Shop product URLs or video share links you add to your catalog, plus the listing details we retrieve for those products (name, description, images, product ID, and related metadata).
• Usage and device data. Page views and similar analytics collected through Vercel Analytics, which may include approximate location, browser type, and how you use the site.
• Public ranking and video data. Publicly available TikTok Shop ranking metrics, video metadata, thumbnails, and related product information that we ingest to operate the leaderboard and analysis features. This is not collected from your account unless you choose to save a product to your catalog.

We use information to:

• Create and maintain your account and product catalog
• Display daily TikTok Shop video rankings and related analytics
• Download, store, and analyze ranked videos so we can show marketing-trigger breakdowns, pros/cons, remix scripts, and adapted hooks
• Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the service
• Communicate about your account when needed (for example, sign-in or confirmation emails)

We do not sell your personal information.

We use the following providers to operate GMV Fox. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us:

• Supabase. Account authentication, session management, and database storage for profiles, saved products, video records, rankings, and analysis results.
• Google Sign-In. If you continue with Google, Google authenticates you and shares your email (and name, if provided) with us through Supabase.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) and CloudFront. Storage and delivery of video files and product cover images that we cache so rankings and analysis can load reliably.
• Google Gemini (Google LLC).AI analysis of video content and generation of remix scripts and adapted hooks. Video files and product text you use with those features may be uploaded to Google's AI services to produce the analysis shown in GMV Fox.
• Trigger.dev. Background job processing (for example, enriching a ranked video or uploading a product cover). Job payloads may include video IDs, URLs, and product IDs.
• Vercel. Website hosting and Vercel Analytics for aggregated usage measurement.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their own privacy policies also apply to their processing.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in (via Supabase Auth). We also use Vercel Analytics, which may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working.

Some features send content to Google Gemini so we can generate structured analysis. That can include:

• Ranked TikTok Shop videos we download and temporarily store
• Product names and descriptions from listings you save
• Reference scripts or hooks used to create a remix or adapted opening

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Do not include sensitive personal information in product details or other text you submit.

Account and catalog data is kept while your account is active. Ranking, video, and analysis records are kept as needed to operate and improve the leaderboard. Cached video and image files may be retained so we do not have to re-download them. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information we control, except where we must retain it for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes (for example, backups or abuse prevention).

You can access or update some account information by signing in. To request a copy of your personal information, correction, or deletion of your account, email info@ordinarymedia.com from the address on the account.

Depending on where you live (including California and the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a denial. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

GMV Fox is a business tool and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product or our providers change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of GMV Fox after an update means you accept the revised policy.
